Plot windows
Look at results: zooming, callouts, copying and saving.
Each plot command, whether typed, run from a .control block, or made with the Plot dialog, opens a plot window. The window shows the vectors, taking its limits, labels, title and other settings from the plot command. With the multiplot option, each vector gets its own chart, stacked in the window.
As the pointer moves over the plot, its X and Y coordinates are shown in the status bar at the bottom of the window.
Mouse
- Hover over a curve
- Show a callout with the vector's name and the X and Y values at that point.
- Click on a curve
- Keep the callout on the plot. Clear All Callouts on the pop-up menu removes them.
- Wheel
- Zoom in (forwards) or out (backwards). With Shift, zoom only the X axis; with Ctrl, only the Y axis.
- Right-drag
- Zoom in to the rectangle dragged. With Shift held, zoom only the X range dragged; with Ctrl, only the Y range.
- Right-click
- A pop-up menu: Zoom in (Z), Zoom out (Shift+Z), Fit (F), Clear All Callouts (Shift+C) and Save Image (Ctrl+P).
