This section covers the spice program and the rawfiles it reads and writes. The source tree also holds the Berkeley utilities sconvert (convert rawfiles between formats), proc2mod (convert process characterisation files to BSIM1 models), multidec (decompose coupled lossy transmission lines) and a stand-alone help browser, in src/bin, but no current project builds them.
