List active asynchronous spice runs

jobs

Report on the asynchronous SPICE-3 jobs started by aspice that are still running, giving the process id and circuit title of each. Spice3f5 checks to see if the jobs are finished every time you execute a command (and, in the Qt front end, every half second while idle). If it is done then the data is loaded and becomes available.
